What Sets the Aegis Max Zeus Apart

Built to be used outdoors

The Aegis range is known for its tough, weather-resistant construction, and the Aegis Max continues that tradition. With an IP67 rating, it suits customers who want a kit that can handle dust, splashes and knocks.

A tank that avoids leaks

The Zeus tank uses a top-airflow, top-fill design that makes leaks very unlikely. Its GV mesh coil system uses a rectangular-wire KA1 mesh to increase the heating surface, which helps deliver consistent flavour.

Flexible battery choice

The mod accepts 21700 and 18650 cells, so customers can use what they already own. A 21700 cell gives the longest run time and the best chance of reaching the full 100W.

Why Choose the Geekvape Aegis Max Zeus?

Durable – the Aegis name is associated with toughness, which makes it an easy sell.
Repeat coil sales – Zeus coils create ongoing demand after the kit sale.
Five finishes – a varied range for your display.
Customer-owned batteries – many experienced vapers already have a suitable cell.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Geekvape Aegis Max Zeus Vape Kit?

The Geekvape Aegis Max Zeus is a single-battery box mod and tank kit for direct-to-lung vaping, with an output of up to 100W, the AS 100 chipset and an IP67 rating. It includes the Zeus sub-ohm tank and holds 2ml in its UK version to meet TPD rules. Batteries are not included.

Are batteries included with the Aegis Max?

No. The Aegis Max takes a single 21700 or 18650 battery, sold separately, with an adapter included for 18650 cells. Customers should buy a high-drain cell from a reputable supplier, check it for damage and charge it only with a suitable charger. Cells should never be carried loose in a pocket with keys or coins.

What does IP67 mean?

IP67 is a protection rating meaning the device is dust-tight and can withstand being briefly submerged in water. On the Aegis Max, it suggests strong resistance to dust, splashes and knocks. It does not make the device indestructible, so customers should still close the battery cover and tank properly.

Which coils fit the Aegis Max Zeus?

The Zeus tank uses Geekvape's Zeus Mesh Z series coils, with KA1 mesh versions such as 0.2Ω and 0.4Ω. Check the wattage range printed on each coil and set the device to match before vaping. Coils push into the base of the tank and are replaced when the flavour fades.

Is the Aegis Max good for beginners?

The Aegis Max is better suited to experienced vapers than to complete beginners. It uses a removable battery, sub-ohm coils and a wide wattage range, all of which need some knowledge to use safely. New vapers are usually better served by a simple pod kit, with a mod like this as a later step.

What e-liquid should I use in the Aegis Max Zeus?

The Aegis Max Zeus is designed for freebase e-liquids with a higher VG content, typically at low nicotine strengths such as 3mg or 6mg, including shortfills. These suit its sub-ohm Zeus coils and high wattage. High-strength nic salts are not recommended at this power level, as the vapour would feel harsh.

Is the Geekvape Aegis Max legal in the UK?

Yes. The Geekvape Aegis Max is legal to sell and buy in the UK for adults aged 18 and over. The UK version uses a 2ml tank, within the limit set by TPD regulations for nicotine-containing products. Retailers must carry out age verification on every sale of vaping devices and e-liquids.

How do I dispose of the device and battery?

Used batteries and the mod must not go in your household bin. Take them to an electrical or battery recycling point, such as those at many supermarkets and council sites. Empty any remaining e-liquid from used coils and tanks first, then dispose of them in line with your local council's guidance.

Can I buy the Geekvape Aegis Max Zeus in bulk in the UK?

Yes. Simba Vapes Wholesale supplies the Geekvape Aegis Max Zeus Vape Kit at trade prices, sold individually so you can mix all five finishes in a single order. UK orders over £200 qualify for free shipping, and orders placed before 3pm on a working day ship the same day. Larger orders can be discussed with our sales team by email.
