What Sets the Nord 2 Apart

Two pod families in one kit

The Nord 2 accepts both Nord and RPM series coils. The 0.4Ω RPM mesh coil gives a warmer, fuller draw with more vapour, while the 0.8Ω Nord DC coil suits a tighter, cigarette-style draw. One device therefore appeals to customers with quite different preferences.

Variable wattage and a screen

Adjustable power up to 40W and an OLED screen give the Nord 2 more control than basic fixed-output pod kits, without the complexity of a larger device.

Distinctive finishes

Smok's stabilised-wood, Cobra and resin finishes help the Nord 2 stand out on a shelf next to plain-coloured pod kits.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Smok Nord 2 Pod Kit?

The Smok Nord 2 is a compact refillable pod kit with a 1500mAh built-in battery, adjustable output up to 40W and an OLED screen. It comes with two pods, an RPM pod with a 0.4Ω mesh coil and a Nord pod with a 0.8Ω DC MTL coil. UK versions hold 2ml of e-liquid to meet TPD rules.

Which coils fit the Nord 2?

The Nord 2 accepts Smok's Nord and RPM series coils, depending on the pod fitted. The kit includes a 0.4Ω RPM mesh coil in the RPM pod and a 0.8Ω Nord DC MTL coil in the Nord pod. Check the wattage range printed on each coil, and set the device to match before vaping.

How long does the Nord 2 battery last?

The Nord 2's 1500mAh battery is generous for a compact kit and typically lasts a day of regular vaping, though battery life depends on wattage and coil. The 0.4Ω RPM coil draws more power than the 0.8Ω Nord coil, so it drains the battery faster at higher settings.

Is the Nord 2 good for beginners?

Yes, with the right setup. The 0.8Ω Nord pod at a modest wattage gives a tight, cigarette-style draw that suits many beginners, and the OLED screen keeps settings clear. The adjustable power and second pod also let customers grow into the device, so it works for newcomers and more experienced vapers alike.

Can I use nic salts in the Nord 2?

Yes. The Nord 2 works well with nicotine salt e-liquids, particularly with the 0.8Ω Nord pod at lower wattages, which gives a tight draw similar to a disposable vape. The 0.4Ω RPM pod also handles nic salts and 50/50 liquids at modest power. Avoid very thick, high-VG liquids.

Is the Smok Nord 2 legal in the UK?

Yes. The Smok Nord 2 is legal to sell and buy in the UK for adults aged 18 and over. The UK version uses a 2ml pod, within the limit set by TPD regulations for nicotine-containing products. Retailers must carry out age verification on every sale of vaping devices and e-liquids.

How do I dispose of the device?

The Nord 2 contains a built-in lithium battery, so it must not be put in your household bin. Take it to an electrical recycling point or a retailer that accepts small electricals. Used coils and pods should be emptied of e-liquid first and disposed of in line with your local council's guidance.

Can I buy the Smok Nord 2 in bulk in the UK?

Yes. Simba Vapes Wholesale supplies the Smok Nord 2 Pod Kit at trade prices, sold individually so you can mix all six finishes in a single order. UK orders over £200 qualify for free shipping, and orders placed before 3pm on a working day ship the same day. Larger orders can be discussed with our sales team by email.
