Smok Novo 4 Mini Pod Kit – Wholesale UK

The Smok Novo 4 Mini Pod Kit is a compact, zinc-alloy pod kit with a 900mAh built-in battery, a 6–25W output range and a refillable 2ml pod. It fires automatically when you inhale, has an adjustable airflow dial and uses Smok's LP1 replaceable coils, so users change the coil rather than the whole pod.

Its meshed 0.9Ω MTL coils suit nic salt e-liquids well, delivering a disposable-style flavour from a reusable device. The 2ml pod sits within UK TPD limits.

What Sets the Novo 4 Mini Apart

Replaceable coils, reusable pod

Many small pod kits use pods with built-in coils, so the whole pod is thrown away when the coil wears out. The Novo 4 Mini uses Smok's LP1 coil series instead: the 2ml pod stays in use and only the coil is swapped. That lowers running costs for customers and means less plastic waste.

Meshed MTL coils for flavour

The included 0.9Ω LP1 meshed coils are designed for mouth-to-lung vaping. The mesh heats evenly across a larger surface, which helps bring out flavour from nic salts and 50/50 e-liquids at the lower end of the power range.

Airflow control in a compact body

An adjustable airflow dial lets users fine-tune the draw from tight to more open. Combined with a 900mAh battery in a sturdy zinc-alloy body, it gives the Novo 4 Mini more flexibility than most devices of its size.

Why Choose the Smok Novo 4 Mini?

Lower ongoing costs – replacing a coil is cheaper than replacing a whole pod or a disposable.
Distinctive designs – the Cobra and wood finishes help the kit sell itself on display.
Recognised brand – Smok is one of the best-known names in vaping hardware.
Flexible draw – the airflow dial suits a wider range of customers than fixed-airflow kits.

Who It Suits

Adults moving on from disposables. Automatic firing and a meshed MTL coil filled with a nic salt give a familiar experience in a reusable kit.

Vapers who want to cut waste. Changing only the coil, rather than the whole pod, appeals to customers looking for a more sustainable setup.

Shops wanting a standout display kit. Ten finishes, including resin and wood styles, give your counter more visual variety than plain-colour devices.

How to Use

Charge the device fully using a USB-C cable.
Remove the pod from the device.
Push an LP1 coil firmly into the base of the pod.
Open the side fill port and fill the pod with e-liquid.
Close the fill port and click the pod back into the device.
Wait around five minutes so the new coil can soak.
Set the airflow dial to your preferred draw.
Inhale gently from the mouthpiece to vape.
Replace the coil when the flavour fades or tastes burnt.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Smok Novo 4 Mini Pod Kit?

The Smok Novo 4 Mini is a compact refillable pod kit with a 900mAh built-in battery, a 6–25W output range and a 2ml pod that uses replaceable LP1 coils. It is draw-activated, has an adjustable airflow dial and charges via USB-C, making it a flexible yet simple device for mouth-to-lung vaping.

How long does the Novo 4 Mini battery last?

The Novo 4 Mini's 900mAh battery is enough for most users to vape through a full day, though actual battery life depends on how often you vape and the coil used. An LED indicator shows the remaining charge, and the device recharges through a USB-C port when the battery runs low.

Which coils fit the Novo 4 Mini?

The Smok Novo 4 Mini uses Smok's LP1 coil series. The kit comes with two 0.9Ω LP1 meshed MTL coils, designed for mouth-to-lung vaping with nic salts and 50/50 e-liquids. Because the coil is separate from the pod, you only need to replace the coil when it wears out, not the whole pod.

Is the Novo 4 Mini good for beginners?

Yes. The Novo 4 Mini suits beginners because it fires automatically when you inhale, with no buttons to press. Changing an LP1 coil is a simple push-in job, and the airflow dial lets new users find a comfortable draw. Its compact size and USB-C charging also make it easy to live with every day.

Can I use nic salts in the Novo 4 Mini?

Yes. The Novo 4 Mini works well with nicotine salt e-liquids, and the included 0.9Ω LP1 meshed MTL coils are designed with nic salts and 50/50 liquids in mind. A tighter airflow setting gives a mouth-to-lung draw similar to a disposable vape. Very thick, high-VG liquids are not recommended.

Is the Smok Novo 4 Mini legal in the UK?

Yes. The Smok Novo 4 Mini is legal to sell and buy in the UK for adults aged 18 and over. Its 2ml pod capacity is within the limit set by UK TPD regulations for nicotine-containing products. Retailers must carry out age verification on every sale of vaping devices and e-liquids.

How often should I change the coil?

Change the LP1 coil in your Novo 4 Mini when the flavour starts to fade or the vapour tastes burnt, which for many users is roughly every one to two weeks. Coil life varies with how much you vape, the power used and the e-liquid, as sweeter liquids tend to wear coils faster. Always prime a new coil first.

How do I dispose of the device?

The Novo 4 Mini contains a built-in lithium battery, so it must not be put in your household bin. Take it to an electrical recycling point or a retailer that accepts small electricals. Used coils and pods should be emptied of e-liquid first and disposed of in line with your local council's guidance.

Can I buy the Smok Novo 4 Mini in bulk in the UK?

Yes. Simba Vapes Wholesale supplies the Smok Novo 4 Mini Pod Kit at trade prices, sold individually so you can mix all ten finishes in a single order. UK orders over £200 qualify for free shipping, and orders placed before 3pm on a working day ship the same day. Larger orders can be discussed with our sales team by email.
