What Sets the Caliburn A2S Apart

A trusted starter-kit name

The Caliburn range is one of the most recognised starter pod lines in the UK. The A2S keeps the simple, slim format customers know, which makes it easy to recommend and quick to sell.

1.2Ω mesh pod for a tight MTL draw

The A2S pod uses a 1.2Ω mesh coil, tuned for a tighter, cigarette-style draw. Mesh heats evenly, which helps bring out flavour from nic salts at low power. Customers who prefer a slightly warmer vape can switch to the 0.9Ω Caliburn A2 pods, which also fit the device.

Simple side filling

The 2ml pod refills from the side, and its transparent body shows how much liquid remains. Two pods come in the box, so customers have a spare ready when the first coil wears out.

Why Choose the Uwell Caliburn A2S?

Very low trade price – an easy, low-risk starter kit to stock in volume.
Cheaper than disposables over time – customers only replace pods and e-liquid.
Two pods in the box – strong perceived value at the counter.
Recognised brand – the Caliburn name helps the kit sell itself.

Who It Suits

Adults switching from disposables or cigarettes. Automatic firing and a tight 1.2Ω draw make the A2S feel familiar from the first puff, especially with a 20mg nic salt.

Light to moderate vapers. The 520mAh battery suits people who vape on and off through the day; heavier users may need a top-up.

Shops needing a budget starter kit. Stock it alongside Caliburn A2 replacement pods for a complete low-cost offer.

How to Use

Charge the device fully using a USB-C cable.
Remove the pod and open the side fill port.
Fill the pod with e-liquid, avoiding the central tube.
Close the fill port and push the pod back into the device.
Wait around five minutes so the coil can soak.
Inhale gently from the mouthpiece to vape.
Replace the pod when the flavour fades or tastes burnt.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Uwell Caliburn A2S Pod Kit?

The Uwell Caliburn A2S is a slim, draw-activated refillable pod kit with a 520mAh built-in battery, 15W output and USB-C charging. It uses 2ml side-fill pods with a 1.2Ω mesh coil, and two pods are included. The device is also compatible with Caliburn A2 pods, making it a flexible, low-cost starter kit.

Which pods fit the Caliburn A2S?

The Caliburn A2S takes its own 2ml Caliburn A2S pods with a 1.2Ω mesh coil, and it is also compatible with the 0.9Ω Caliburn A2 pods. The A2S pods give a tighter draw, while the A2 pods are slightly warmer and looser. Pods are replaced as a whole when the coil wears out.

How long does the Caliburn A2S battery last?

The Caliburn A2S's 520mAh battery suits light to moderate vaping, and frequent users will often need to recharge it once during the day. Actual battery life depends on how often you vape. It recharges through a USB-C port, so most customers can top it up with a cable they already own.

Is the Caliburn A2S good for beginners?

Yes. The Caliburn A2S is designed for beginners: it fires automatically when you inhale, has no buttons or settings, and the transparent pod makes it easy to see when to refill. Its tight mouth-to-lung draw also feels familiar to adults moving away from cigarettes or disposable vapes.

Can I use nic salts in the Caliburn A2S?

Yes. The Caliburn A2S is well suited to nicotine salt e-liquids. Its 1.2Ω mesh coil and low 15W output give a tight, cigarette-style draw that works particularly well with 10mg and 20mg nic salts. Freebase 50/50 liquids can also be used, but very thick, high-VG liquids are not recommended.

Is the Uwell Caliburn A2S legal in the UK?

Yes. The Uwell Caliburn A2S is legal to sell and buy in the UK for adults aged 18 and over. Its 2ml pod capacity is within the limit set by UK TPD regulations for nicotine-containing products. Retailers must carry out age verification on every sale of vaping devices and e-liquids.

How often should I change the pod?

Change the Caliburn A2S pod when the flavour starts to fade or the vapour tastes burnt, which for many users is roughly every one to two weeks. Pod life depends on how much you vape and the e-liquid used, as sweeter liquids wear coils faster. Let each new pod soak for a few minutes before use.

How do I dispose of the device?

The Caliburn A2S contains a built-in lithium battery, so it must not be put in your household bin. Take it to an electrical recycling point or a retailer that accepts small electricals. Empty any remaining e-liquid from used pods first, then dispose of them in line with your local council's guidance.

Can I buy the Uwell Caliburn A2S in bulk in the UK?

Yes. Simba Vapes Wholesale supplies the Uwell Caliburn A2S Pod Kit at trade prices, sold individually so you can mix all six colours in a single order. UK orders over £200 qualify for free shipping, and orders placed before 3pm on a working day ship the same day. Larger orders can be discussed with our sales team by email.
