Uwell Caliburn G Pod Kit – Wholesale UK

The Uwell Caliburn G Pod Kit is a slim, flavour-focused pod kit with a 690mAh built-in battery and replaceable coils. It can be fired automatically by inhaling or manually with the button, charges via USB-C and has a dual-airflow design that lets users choose between a tighter or looser draw simply by turning the pod.

For shops buying through vape wholesale UK channels, the Caliburn G is a strong follow-up to one of the most popular refillable pod lines ever made. Its 0.8Ω mesh coils suit nic salt e-liquids well, giving a disposable-style flavour in a reusable device. The 2ml pod sits within UK TPD limits.

It is available in six colours and sold individually at trade prices.

What Sets the Caliburn G Apart

Coils you can swap

Many compact pod kits use sealed pods with built-in coils. The Caliburn G uses push-fit UN2 coils, so when the flavour fades the user replaces the coil and keeps the pod. That is cheaper over time and creates repeat coil sales for you.

Two airflow settings in one pod

Airflow is set by how the pod is turned. With the pod's air inlet close to the device's inlet, the draw is more open; with the inlets far apart, it is tighter and suited to mouth-to-lung vaping. It is a simple way to suit more customers with one kit.

A bigger battery than the original

At 690mAh, the Caliburn G offers more capacity than the 520mAh original, and the three-level LED indicator shows the charge at a glance. USB-C charging keeps top-ups simple.

Why Choose the Uwell Caliburn G?

Trusted brand – the Caliburn name is recognised by many UK vapers.
Repeat coil sales – replaceable coils keep customers coming back.
Cheaper than disposables over time – customers replace only coils and e-liquid.
Six colours – a varied display option.

Who It Suits

Adults moving on from disposables. The 0.8Ω mesh coil with a nic salt gives a familiar, flavour-rich draw in a reusable kit.

Customers upgrading from the original Caliburn. They keep the slim shape and gain a bigger battery and replaceable coils.

Shops building a Caliburn range. Stock it alongside the Caliburn A2S to offer both a sealed-pod and a replaceable-coil option.

How to Use

Charge the device fully using a USB-C cable.
Push a UN2 coil firmly into the base of the pod.
Snap off the top mouthpiece and fill the pod with e-liquid.
Replace the mouthpiece and click the pod into the device.
Wait around five minutes so the new coil can soak.
Turn the pod to your preferred airflow position.
Inhale gently to vape, or press the button while inhaling.
Replace the coil when the flavour fades or tastes burnt.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Uwell Caliburn G Pod Kit?

The Uwell Caliburn G is a slim refillable pod kit with a 690mAh built-in battery, USB-C charging and replaceable UN2 coils. It fires automatically on inhale or with a button, holds 2ml in a clear pod and has dual airflow set by turning the pod. It is designed for mouth-to-lung vaping with nic salts.

Which coils fit the Caliburn G?

The Caliburn G uses Uwell's UN2 push-fit coils, with 0.8Ω mesh coils supplied. The coil presses into the base of the pod and can be changed without replacing the pod itself. Coils are widely available, so customers can restock easily when the flavour starts to fade.

Do Caliburn A2 pods fit the Caliburn G?

No. The Caliburn G uses its own pod and UN2 coil system, while Caliburn A2 and A2S pods have a different design with integrated coils. Customers should replace Caliburn G coils, or use pods made for the G, rather than A2-series pods. Check the device name before ordering.

How long does the Caliburn G battery last?

The Caliburn G's 690mAh battery suits light to moderate vaping and typically lasts a good part of the day, though heavier users may need to recharge during the day. Battery life depends on how often you vape. A three-level LED indicator shows the charge, and USB-C charging is quick.

How do I change the airflow?

Airflow on the Caliburn G is set by the way the pod sits in the device. Turning the pod so its air inlet is close to the device's inlet gives a more open draw, while placing them far apart gives a tighter, mouth-to-lung draw. There is no dial or switch, so no extra parts to wear out.

Is the Caliburn G good for beginners?

Yes. The Caliburn G suits beginners because it can fire automatically as you inhale, has no screen or complicated settings and uses a clear pod that shows the liquid level. The button is optional for those who prefer it, and the five-click lock helps prevent accidental firing.

Can I use nic salts in the Caliburn G?

Yes. The Caliburn G is well suited to nicotine salt e-liquids, and the 0.8Ω mesh coil helps bring out flavour and vapour at low power. Freebase 50/50 liquids also work. Avoid very thick, high-VG liquids, as they may soak into the coil more slowly.

Is the Uwell Caliburn G legal in the UK?

Yes. The Uwell Caliburn G is legal to sell and buy in the UK for adults aged 18 and over. Its 2ml pod capacity is within the limit set by UK TPD regulations for nicotine-containing products. Retailers must carry out age verification on every sale of vaping devices and e-liquids.

How do I dispose of the device?

The Caliburn G contains a built-in lithium battery, so it must not be put in your household bin. Take it to an electrical recycling point or a retailer that accepts small electricals. Used coils and pods should be emptied of e-liquid first and disposed of in line with your local council's guidance.

Can I buy the Uwell Caliburn G in bulk in the UK?

Yes. Simba Vapes Wholesale supplies the Uwell Caliburn G Pod Kit at trade prices, sold individually so you can mix all six colours in a single order. UK orders over £200 qualify for free shipping, and orders placed before 3pm on a working day ship the same day. Larger orders can be discussed with our sales team by email.
