Uwell Caliburn Pod Kit – Wholesale UK

The Uwell Caliburn Pod Kit is the original that helped define the modern refillable pod kit: a slim aluminium-alloy device with a 520mAh rechargeable battery, an 11W output and a 2ml top-fill pod with a 1.4Ω coil. It can be fired by inhaling or with the button, and Uwell's Pro-FOCS flavour system recycles airflow through the coil to deliver more flavour from each puff.

For shops buying through vape wholesale UK channels, the Caliburn is a simple, familiar and very affordable starter device. Its tight, cigarette-style draw suits nic salt e-liquids and gives a disposable-style flavour in a reusable kit. The 2ml pod sits within UK TPD limits.

It is available in six colours and sold individually at trade prices.

What Sets the Caliburn Apart

The original, still recognised

The Caliburn was Uwell's first pod system and one of the most popular refillable pod kits ever sold. Many customers already know the name, which makes it easy to put on the counter and easy to recommend.

Pro-FOCS airflow

Uwell's Pro-FOCS design recycles the airflow drawn through the pod across the coil, loading it with condensed flavour. The result is a fuller taste than many basic pod kits of its size, especially with nic salts.

Simple, dependable operation

With a single button, a magnetic pod and an LED indicator, there is almost nothing to learn. If the draw sensor ever fails to trigger, the button takes over, so the device keeps working.

Why Choose the Uwell Caliburn?

Familiar brand – a name many customers ask for.
Low entry price – an accessible starter kit for budget-conscious buyers.
Cheaper than disposables over time – customers replace only pods and e-liquid.
Six colours – a varied, easy-to-display range.

Who It Suits

Adults switching from disposables or cigarettes. The tight draw and automatic firing feel familiar from the first puff, especially with a 20mg nic salt.

Light to moderate vapers. A 520mAh battery and 11W output suit people who vape on and off through the day.

Shops wanting a low-cost starter option. Stock it alongside newer models such as the Caliburn A2S and Caliburn G to offer customers a clear upgrade path.

How to Use

Charge the device fully before first use.
Open the top fill port on the pod.
Fill the pod with e-liquid, without overfilling.
Close the fill port and click the pod into the device.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Uwell Caliburn Pod Kit?

The Uwell Caliburn is a slim refillable pod kit with a 520mAh rechargeable battery, an 11W output and a 2ml top-fill pod with a 1.4Ω coil. It can be fired by inhaling or with a button, and it uses Pro-FOCS airflow technology to deliver more flavour. It is designed for mouth-to-lung vaping with nic salts.

Which pods fit the Caliburn?

The original Caliburn uses 2ml Caliburn pods with a 1.4Ω integrated coil, which attach magnetically and are replaced as a whole when the coil wears out. Pods from newer Caliburn models, such as the A2, are not interchangeable with the original, so check compatibility before ordering replacements.

How long does the Caliburn battery last?

The Caliburn's 520mAh battery suits light to moderate vaping, and frequent users will often need to recharge during the day. Battery life depends on how often you vape. An LED indicator shows the remaining charge, so customers can see at a glance when it is time to top up.

Is the Caliburn good for beginners?

Yes. The Caliburn is designed for beginners: it fires automatically when you inhale, has a button as a backup and uses a simple top-fill pod. Its tight mouth-to-lung draw feels familiar to adults moving away from cigarettes or disposable vapes, and the five-click lock helps prevent accidental firing.

Can I use nic salts in the Caliburn?

Yes. The Caliburn is well suited to nicotine salt e-liquids. Its 1.4Ω coil and 11W output give a tight, cigarette-style draw that works particularly well with 10mg and 20mg nic salts. Freebase 50/50 liquids can also be used, but very thick, high-VG liquids are not recommended.

Is the Uwell Caliburn legal in the UK?

Yes. The Uwell Caliburn is legal to sell and buy in the UK for adults aged 18 and over. Its 2ml pod capacity is within the limit set by UK TPD regulations for nicotine-containing products. Retailers must carry out age verification on every sale of vaping devices and e-liquids.

How do I dispose of the device?

The Caliburn contains a lithium battery, so it must not be put in your household bin. Take it to an electrical recycling point or a retailer that accepts small electricals. Empty any remaining e-liquid from used pods first, then dispose of them in line with your local council's guidance.

Can I buy the Uwell Caliburn in bulk in the UK?

Yes. Simba Vapes Wholesale supplies the Uwell Caliburn Pod Kit at trade prices, sold individually so you can mix all six colours in a single order. UK orders over £200 qualify for free shipping, and orders placed before 3pm on a working day ship the same day. Larger orders can be discussed with our sales team by email.

For Trade Buyers
