Vaporesso Osmall 2 Pod Kit – Wholesale UK

The Vaporesso Osmall 2 Pod Kit is a small, no-fuss refillable pod kit designed for tight mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping. It has no buttons and no settings: users simply fill the 2ml pod and inhale. A 450mAh built-in battery, a 1.2Ω coil and USB-C charging keep it simple, compact and very affordable.

For shops buying through vape wholesale UK channels, the Osmall 2 is one of the lowest-cost branded starter kits available. Its 1.2Ω coil gives a firm, cigarette-style draw that suits higher-strength nic salt e-liquids, offering a disposable-style flavour in a reusable device. The 2ml pod sits within UK TPD limits.

It is available in six colours and sold individually at trade prices.

What Sets the Osmall 2 Apart

A true MTL experience

Plenty of starter kits now lean towards looser, warmer draws. The Osmall 2 stays focused on a tight mouth-to-lung draw from its 1.2Ω coil, which pairs naturally with 10mg and 20mg nic salts. For adults who want something that feels close to a cigarette, that focus is exactly the point.

Pod compatibility with the original

The Osmall 2 accepts pods from the original Osmall as well as its own new 1.2Ω pods. Customers who already own the first version can upgrade the device without changing their pod habits, and retailers can sell to both groups from one shelf.

Leak-resistant pod design

Vaporesso's SSS leak-resistant technology is built into the pod, and the side-fill silicone stopper keeps refilling tidy. Together with the magnetic connection, it makes a small, pocket-friendly device that is easy to live with day to day.

Why Choose the Vaporesso Osmall 2?

Very low entry price – one of the most affordable branded refillable kits to put on your counter.
Cheaper than disposables over time – customers only replace pods and e-liquid, not the whole device.
Simple to demonstrate – fill, inhale, done.
Trusted brand – Vaporesso is a name many customers already recognise.

Who It Suits

Adults switching from smoking or disposables. The tight draw and automatic firing make the Osmall 2 feel familiar from the first puff, especially with a 20mg nic salt.

Light to moderate vapers. The 450mAh battery suits people who vape on and off through the day; heavier users may want to top it up during the day.

Shops wanting a low-cost starter option. Its trade price makes it easy to stock in all six colours alongside Vaporesso replacement pods.

How to Use

Charge the device fully using the USB-C cable.
Pull the pod out of the device and remove the seal from the base.
Open the silicone stopper on the side of the pod.
Fill the pod with e-liquid, avoiding the central tube.
Close the stopper and push the pod back into place.
Wait around five minutes so the coil can soak.
Inhale gently from the mouthpiece to vape.
Replace the pod when the flavour fades or tastes burnt.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Vaporesso Osmall 2 Pod Kit?

The Vaporesso Osmall 2 is a compact, draw-activated refillable pod kit designed for mouth-to-lung vaping. It has a 450mAh built-in battery, a 2ml side-fill pod with an integrated 1.2Ω coil and USB-C charging. With no buttons or settings, it is one of the simplest and most affordable branded starter kits available.

How long does the Osmall 2 battery last?

The Osmall 2's 450mAh battery suits light to moderate vaping, and many users will need to recharge it once during the day if they vape frequently. Exact battery life depends on how often you vape. It charges quickly through USB-C, and a cable is included in the box so customers can recharge straight away.

Which pods fit the Osmall 2?

The Osmall 2 uses Vaporesso's 2ml Osmall 2 pods with an integrated 1.2Ω coil, and it is also compatible with pods made for the original Vaporesso Osmall. Pods attach magnetically and are replaced as a whole unit when the coil wears out, so there are no separate coils to change.

Is the Osmall 2 good for beginners?

Yes. The Osmall 2 is designed with beginners in mind: there are no buttons or settings, it fires automatically when you inhale, and the pod fills easily from the side. Its tight mouth-to-lung draw also feels familiar to adults moving away from cigarettes or disposable vapes, which makes the switch more comfortable.

What e-liquid should I use in the Osmall 2?

The Osmall 2 works best with nic salt or freebase e-liquids in a 50/50 VG/PG blend, which suit its 1.2Ω coil and tight mouth-to-lung draw. Nic salts at 10mg or 20mg are a popular choice for former smokers and disposable users. Very thick, high-VG liquids are not recommended for this device.

Is the Vaporesso Osmall 2 legal in the UK?

Yes. The Vaporesso Osmall 2 is legal to sell and buy in the UK for adults aged 18 and over. Its 2ml pod capacity is within the limit set by UK TPD regulations for nicotine-containing products. Retailers must carry out age verification on every sale of vaping devices and e-liquids.

Can I vape while the Osmall 2 is charging?

Yes. The Osmall 2 supports pass-through charging, so it can be used while it is connected to a charger via the USB-C port. This is useful given its compact 450mAh battery. As with any device, use a suitable charger and avoid leaving it charging unattended for long periods.

How do I dispose of the device?

The Osmall 2 contains a built-in lithium battery, so it must not be put in your household bin. Take it to an electrical recycling point or a retailer that accepts small electricals. Empty any remaining e-liquid from used pods first, then dispose of them in line with your local council's guidance.

Can I buy the Vaporesso Osmall 2 in bulk in the UK?

Yes. Simba Vapes Wholesale supplies the Vaporesso Osmall 2 Pod Kit at trade prices, sold individually so you can mix all six colours in one order. UK orders over £200 qualify for free shipping, and orders placed before 3pm on a working day ship the same day. Larger orders can be discussed with our sales team by email.

For Trade Buyers

The Vaporesso Osmall 2 Pod Kit is sold individually, so you can order from a single unit and mix colours freely. Its low trade price makes it an easy entry-level kit to stock, and each sale creates repeat demand for pods and e-liquid.

All orders are dispatched from the UK. Place your order before 3pm on a working day for same-day shipping, sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually arrives within one to two working days. UK orders over £200 ship free.
