The Vaporesso Xros Nano Pod Kit is a compact, square-bodied pod kit with a 1000mAh built-in battery, adjustable airflow and two 2ml Xros pods in the box: a 0.8Ω mesh pod and a 1.2Ω pod. It fires automatically when you inhale and charges via USB-C.

What Sets the Xros Nano Apart

Full Xros pod compatibility

The Xros Nano works with every pod in Vaporesso's Xros series. Because Xros pods are among the most popular replacements on the market, customers will rarely struggle to find them, and you can support several Xros devices from the same Xros replacement pod stock.

Airflow control in a pocket-sized device

Adjustable airflow is uncommon on devices this small. Fully closed, the Xros Nano gives a very tight draw close to a cigarette; opened up, the 0.8Ω mesh pod can deliver a loose mouth-to-lung or light restricted lung draw. One kit therefore suits a wide range of customers.

A different shape

Its square, flat profile sets it apart from the slim stick shapes of most pod kits. It sits comfortably in the hand and slips easily into a pocket, while magnets hold the pod firmly in place.

Why Choose the Vaporesso Xros Nano?

Easy repeat sales – Xros pods are widely recognised and fit the whole range.
Two pods in the box – better value and choice for customers from day one.
Versatile draw – adjustable airflow means one kit suits many vaping styles.
Trusted brand – Vaporesso's Xros line is one of the best-known pod ranges.

Who It Suits

Adults switching from disposables. With the 1.2Ω pod and airflow closed down, the Xros Nano gives a tight, familiar draw that pairs naturally with a 20mg nic salt.

Existing Xros users. Customers who already buy Xros pods can upgrade or add a second device without changing their pods.

Shops that stock Xros pods. Adding the Xros Nano alongside the Vaporesso pod kit range strengthens your Xros offer.

How to Use

Charge the device fully using a USB-C cable.
Remove the pod and open the silicone fill port on the side.
Fill the pod with e-liquid, avoiding the central tube.
Close the fill port and push the pod back into place.
Wait around five minutes so the coil can soak.
Set the airflow to your preferred draw.
Inhale gently from the mouthpiece to vape.
Replace the pod when the flavour fades or tastes burnt.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Vaporesso Xros Nano Pod Kit?

The Vaporesso Xros Nano is a compact, square-shaped refillable pod kit with a 1000mAh built-in battery, adjustable airflow and USB-C charging. It fires automatically when you inhale and comes with two 2ml Xros pods, a 0.8Ω mesh pod and a 1.2Ω pod. It is compatible with every Vaporesso Xros series pod.

Which pods fit the Xros Nano?

The Xros Nano accepts all Vaporesso Xros series pods, which hold 2ml and come in several resistances, including the 0.8Ω mesh and 1.2Ω pods supplied in the kit. Pods attach magnetically and are replaced as a whole when the coil wears out. This wide compatibility makes replacements easy to find.

How long does the Xros Nano battery last?

The Xros Nano's 1000mAh battery typically lasts a full day for many users with the 1.2Ω pod, and slightly less with the 0.8Ω mesh pod, which draws more power. Actual battery life depends on how often you vape. It recharges through a USB-C port when it runs low.

Is the Xros Nano good for beginners?

Yes. The Xros Nano suits beginners because it fires automatically when you inhale, with no buttons or settings to learn. The airflow adjustment is optional, so new users can leave it as it is, and the two pods included let them try a tighter or looser draw to find what feels most comfortable.

Can I use nic salts in the Xros Nano?

Yes. The Xros Nano works well with nicotine salt e-liquids. The 1.2Ω pod with the airflow closed gives a tight, cigarette-style draw that suits 20mg nic salts, while the 0.8Ω mesh pod handles nic salts and 50/50 freebase liquids with a slightly fuller draw. Avoid very thick, high-VG liquids.

Is the Vaporesso Xros Nano legal in the UK?

Yes. The Vaporesso Xros Nano is legal to sell and buy in the UK for adults aged 18 and over. Its 2ml pod capacity is within the limit set by UK TPD regulations for nicotine-containing products. Retailers must carry out age verification on every sale of vaping devices and e-liquids.

How often should I change the pod?

Change the Xros pod when the flavour starts to fade or the vapour tastes burnt, which for many users is roughly every one to two weeks. Pod life depends on how much you vape and the e-liquid used, as sweeter liquids wear coils faster. Always let a new pod soak for a few minutes before use.

How do I dispose of the device?

The Xros Nano contains a built-in lithium battery, so it must not be put in your household bin. Take it to an electrical recycling point or a retailer that accepts small electricals. Empty any remaining e-liquid from used pods first, then dispose of them in line with your local council's guidance.

Can I buy the Vaporesso Xros Nano in bulk in the UK?

Yes. Simba Vapes Wholesale supplies the Vaporesso Xros Nano Pod Kit at trade prices, sold individually so you can mix colours freely in a single order. UK orders over £200 qualify for free shipping, and orders placed before 3pm on a working day ship the same day. Larger orders can be discussed with our sales team by email.
